...Peace Love Yoga...
Welcome to my blog!
My name is Lindsey and I love yoga! My first love was ballet and I started a yoga practice because of a few ailments that ballet left me with. Once I really got into yoga I realized that I wanted to teach and share my love. I finished my RYT 200 with Birmingham Yoga in December 2009 and I wouldn't trade the experience for the world.
I also have a passion for working with children. I currently work as a preschool teacher and am in school working on my bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. Upon completion of my bachelor's, I plan on entering an Elementary Education Master's program to teach grades K-6.
And last but certainly not least, I have a chocolate labrador named Bailey who is my baby! Don't be surprised if you see a blog about her every now and again!
